1. Professional Eligibility

Bekfah.com is a specialized B2B platform. By using this site, you represent that you are a registered dental professional (BDS/MDS) or an authorized clinic representative. We reserve the right to request BMDC registration details before fulfilling orders for restricted dental medicines.

2. 1-Hour Delivery Service (Express Logistics)

Our signature 1-hour delivery is subject to the following conditions:

  • Service Zones: Currently available in designated commercial and clinical hubs, including Dhanmondi, Panthopath, and select areas of Dhaka.
  • Order Timing: The "1-hour clock" begins once the order is "Confirmed" by our dispatch team, not from the moment of checkout.
  • Traffic & Force Majeure: While our 90+ member team is optimized for speed, we are not liable for delays caused by extreme weather, political disruptions, or unpredictable traffic congestion.
  • Availability: Orders placed after 7:00 PM may be scheduled for first-priority delivery the following morning.

3. Product Authenticity & Pricing

  • Global Brands: We guarantee that all products sold are 100% authentic versions of the popular global brands listed.
  • Price Fluctuations: Due to the nature of international medical imports, prices on bekfah.com are subject to change without prior notice to reflect global market rates.

4. Returns & Replacement Policy

  • Instruments: Defective or damaged instruments must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for a 1-to-1 replacement.
  • Medicines & Consumables: To maintain clinical safety standards, opened or unsealed medicines and consumables cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed manufacturer recall.
  • Verification: Returns must include the original Bekfah invoice and original packaging.

5. Payment Terms

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), mobile financial services (bKash/Nagad), and bank transfers.
  • For large-scale clinic setups, credit terms must be pre-approved by our finance department.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bekfah acts as a distributor. While we supply the highest quality global brands, the clinical application and outcome of using these medicines or instruments are the sole responsibility of the attending dental professional.

7.Brand Reliability

  • Batch Tracking: We track batch numbers for all medicines for safety.
  • Storage Standards: Our warehouse maintains the temperature and humidity levels required for sensitive dental materials.
